The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to become a member. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within five working days.
All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).

 

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

 

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

 

Refunds Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.

 

 

Returning Fabric and other cut Items

Fabric is treated by us as a "special" item made specifically for you, as it is cut from a larger roll and is cut to your required length.

Because of this we provide a sampling service to allow you to ensure that the fabric you wish to purchase is suitable for your requirements in colour, pattern and quality.

If you wish to return fabric (or other items that have been cut to length as a result of your order), you may return them at your cost, but all items will be subject to a cutting charge.

The Cutting Charge will be calculated as follows:

  • 2m or less of fabric returned  - 50% cutting charge
  • Over 2m fabic returned - 25% cutting charge

All amounts will be calculated on the price paid for the fabrics at the time of order.

Please ensure that you are totally satisfied that any fabrics you order are the correct shade by ordering a sample, as all returned fabrics are subject to our cutting charge, regardless of the reason for return.

Any queries regarding the measurements, meterage or length of fabric received must be drawn to our attention within 5 working days of receipt.  It is only possible for us to rectify mistakes on the lengths/meterage of fabrics prior to the fabric being cut into. Once a fabric has been cut or altered in any way we cannot be responsible for any shortages in length.

Please note that the colours depicted in our website are only a representation of the colours Our sampling service is provided to allow customers to see samples of the actual fabric before ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for colour and/or shade differences between the representations on the website, and the actual fabric. Whilst we take as much care as possible, there may be some slight shade variation between samples sent out and the colour of the actual fabric.

Accepting and Receiving Goods from us

Where you order goods from this website, and they are dispatched to you from any of our nominated carriers or postal methods, you agree to inspect the goods so far as is practical before you sign and accept them. This applies to anyone accepting goods on your behalf. We may not be responsible for damage to goods that was identifiable at the time the goods were delivered, unless notified to our nominated carrier company that the goods are damaged at the time of signing. This notification must be in writing.

Prices & Availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable, and we will confirm dispatch of your goods by way of a Confirmation of Dispatch E-mail.

Website Access

fletchersfabrics.co.uk grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it under any circumstances. This website or any portion of this website (including any images, logos or descriptions) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited or used for any commercial purpose.

Your Details

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.
